Moncharm | DRC Romanée-St-Vivant 2007
The 2007 label of the Romanee-St.Vivant is ethereal with exemplary complexity and intrigue which makes it undisputably the best wine from Domaine so far. The bouquet is adorned with exquisite flavours of the oceanic saline, leather, humus and forest floor with nuances of floral notes. The contrasting alkaline and fruity notes turns the palate into a joyful playground of flavours with the persistent sweet dark berries notes. The juiciness is mouth watering which persists in a satisfying, long finish.
